Every dumpling and wonton is folded in-house throughout the day. Nothing here is pre-mixed, frozen, or sitting around. We make what we need, when we need it, using whole shrimp, fresh vegetables, and clean, simple ingredients. That’s why our broths taste lighter, our noodles feel silkier, and our dumplings have that unmistakable handmade snap.
